The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park is Ireland's newest Park and is located in one the most picturesque valleys in Ireland. 

This 5-acre Park is an ideal touring base situated as it is just 15 miles from Cahir which is often referred to as the crossroads of the South of Ireland.

The Park is located within easy driving distance of the 4 Heritage Towns of Tipperary, Cashel, Cahir and Lismore. Click here for Map>
From Dublin on M50 - 115 miles approx.
At the Red Cow Roundabout on the M50 take the N7 (signposted The South). You will join with the M7 at various points. After approx. 50 miles take the N8 off the Motorway (signposted Cork). Stay on the N8 and follow signs for Cork for a further 52 miles approx. Take the N24 off the Cahir Bypass (signposted Tipperary, Limerick) to Bansha, 8 miles approx.

Turn left at O'Heney's Pub in Bansha onto R663 to Newtown. At end of speed limit sign keep right. Travel for 5 miles to The Coach Road Inn, Newtown. Continue on the R663 for a further 300 yards and you will find The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park on your right.

From Rosslare - 99 miles
Take the N25 from Rosslare Harbour to Waterford. Take the N24 from Waterford to Cahir. Turn right immediately after Cahir Castle (signposted Tipperary, Limerick). Continue on the N24 towards Tipperary as far as Bansha. 

Turn left at O'Heney's Pub in Bansha onto R663 to Newtown. At end of speed limit sign keep right. Travel for 5 miles to The Coach Road Inn, Newtown. Continue on the R663 for a further 300 yards and you will find The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park on your right.

From Cork - 63 miles
Take the N8 from Cork (signposted Dublin). Follow signs Dublin N8 for 50 miles approx. as far as the Cahir Bypass. Take the N24 (1st exit off the roundabout signposted Tipperary, Limerick) as far as Bansha.

Turn left at O'Heney's Pub in Bansha onto R663 to Newtown. At end of speed limit sign keep right. Travel for 5 miles to The Coach Road Inn, Newtown. Continue on the R663 for a further 300 yards and you will find The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park on your right.
 

 

 

From Limerick - 30 miles
Take the N24 to Tipperary Town. At the traffic lights in the centre of the town turn right and follow the signs for Glen of Aherlow. Follow the R664 for approx. 5 miles to T-junction with the R663. Turn right onto the R663, after 300 yards you will find The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park on your right.

If towing a caravan you may prefer to take the more caravan-friendly route and continue on the N24 as far as Bansha. Turn left at O'Heney's Pub in Bansha onto R663 to Newtown. At end of speed limit sign keep right. Travel for 5 miles to The Coach Road Inn, Newtown. Continue on the R663 for a further 300 yards and you will find The Glen of Aherlow Caravan & Camping Park on your right.
